We recently had an Audi RS7 come to our shop with a problem related to programming the rear Blind Spot monitoring module. According to the customer, the vehicle had already been taken to an Audi dealership, where they refused to program the used module.
The customer was told that the Blind Spot module had to be replaced with a new original Audi part because the dealership would not program a used module.
Our specialists were able to provide an alternative solution. After proper diagnostics, we performed Component Protection (CP) removal and successfully programmed the used rear Blind Spot module to the vehicle.
After programming and adaptation, the system was fully operational and the Audi RS7 was returned to the road without warning lights or diagnostic errors.
