Another Subaru Airbag / SRS module crash data reset completed by our automotive electronics specialists in Surrey BC.
This time, we worked with a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek equipped with SRS module 98221FL330. The customer needed the stored crash data removed from the Airbag control module after an accident.
Subaru SRS Module Crash Data Reset
Before performing the reset, we first read the information stored inside the original Airbag module. The data confirmed that the module contained recorded information related to the previous collision.

After verifying the stored data, we performed the required crash data cleaning procedure on the SRS module.
The module was then read again for verification. The previously stored collision data was no longer present.
This before-and-after verification confirmed that the 98221FL330 Airbag module had been successfully cleared of the stored crash data.
